    or Twenty Nine years Betty F. Kohn , Allied Member, ASID, has created traditional designs in a sophisticated and charming style. Attention to detail, personal service and integrity describe Betty’s approach to her work. Her love and appreciation of design, antiques and fine fabrics work in concert to create timeless and ever-evolving interiors for her clients.

    Betty’s passion for her work results in gracious and comfortable interiors that reflect each client’s unique personality. Her ability to blend the past with the present, while emphasizing style over fashion, helps refine her client’s taste. She is known for well-dressed windows, a keen eye for color and an artistic use of accessories. Betty says, “Buy things you love, things that speak to you and you are on your way to making your house your home.”

    Betty has received many awards including two Honor Awards and one Merit Award from the Carolinas ASID Show House Competition, as well as four Editor’s Choice Awards for North Carolina Classic Design Elements. Her work has been published in Traditional Home, Walls and Windows, House Beautiful, South Park Magazine,Charlotte Home Design, and Windows and Walls.
